How to disconnect and delete your data
In Inbox Agent: disconnect and delete in one step
- Open your own view (the page you land on after connecting your Gmail account).
- Choose Disconnect Gmail and delete my data, then confirm.
This does three things at once, and shows you a receipt:
- revokes Inbox Agent's access at Google, so no more mail is read;
- deletes the stored copies of your messages;
- deletes everything derived from them: classifications, counts, quoted excerpts and the automation items built from your mail.
Encrypted backups expire within 30 days after that. We cannot recover deleted data. We keep a deletion receipt (counts only, never content) and the record of what you agreed to, as the law requires.
From your Google account
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Select the Inbox Agent app (shown as the name on Google's consent screen).
- Choose Delete all connections or Remove access.
Google Workspace administrators can remove the app for everyone: Admin console, then Security, then Access and data control, then API controls, then Manage third-party app access.
Removing access from Google stops the Service reading new mail at its next sync (your view then shows the connection as revoked). It does not delete what was already collected: use the button in Inbox Agent, or write to us.
By email
Write to privacy@lemonbrand.io from the connected address. If your employer connected your mailbox, we tell your employer's administrator and delete your mailbox's data unless your employer has a legal duty to keep it, in which case we tell you. We confirm deletion by email within 7 days.
What we keep, and for how long
- Message text: 30 days after it is processed.
- Findings and reports: while you stay connected; deleted when you disconnect.
- Access tokens: until you disconnect.
- Nothing is used to train AI models.
